Upon arrival at the destination security turned me back telling that my access code at the gate doesn’t correspond with their area. I called the numbers supplied with an email and the guy told me to go and fuck myself. Had to take my last money to book any hotel as I had an even on Saturday and Sunday. Kindly please return my money. I wanna sort this out here before I go to media

That Nigerians are doing as theu please, they list non existing properties knowing that once you have booked and paid the money, obviously you will sleep on the street if you dont have extra money to book again

This accommodation was a scam. They refused to refun us after we arrived at the property. The current owner of the property claims that the previous owner scams people online using that address. Booking.com must take it down

I was not allowed to stay in the property, the host asked me to cancel the time I arrived and said he'd give me a full refund, but did not. I would give this a zero rating if it was possible

I only find out when I was at their gate that it was fully booked which I'm failing to understand why the system was not updated, I don't know who did not do their job. I contacted the agent when I was at the gate to get access to the premises then the agent told me that it was fully booked and I will get back refund in 2 to seven days. I don't understand which service am I supposed to rate. I'm waiting for my refund till today it is almost 2 weeks now and this messed up my budget because I had to book another place. Can someone please contact me regarding my refund. I ended up spending more money because I got stuck on their gate while trying to get another place to sleep I forgot to switch off the lights my battery died. I'm driving automatic I couldn't even try to jump start the car.

I didn’t like anything

My booking was cancelled by the property, I didn’t get any communication from them until I was at the property and the security wanted a unit number. I gave them a pin and confirmation number and they told me that wasn’t the number they’re looking for. I called the property and was told that my booking is cancelled, till today I haven’t received my refund. Coming all the way from Venda to celebrate my partner and daughters birthday.. This was a humiliation for my family!!!!
