The location was good and accessible. The complex is quiet and nice. Access control-Security also good.

The indicated items under ünit booked come with, e.g., Heating- Gas heater bottle was not refilled, Kitchenette- were not available, the toilet paper was of poor quality. The worst is that when trying to notify the caretaker he was very disrespectful, so rude and shouting so bad, and in an unacceptable manner. I don't wish anyone to be subjected to that. He was not even ready to redress the situation.
