Very warm considering we went in December - great to come back at the end of a long day and relax in a super-heated apartment

Keep in mind if you have a rental car - as they do clearly state in the description, there is no on-site parking. Not a problem but some information from the host beforehand on where we could park the rental car would've been the cherry on top

Cosy, quiet room at the back of the property. Close walk into town/near bus station. Good bed, wifi. Great shower.

Checked in late at night, and no towels had been provided. I used Booking.com messenger to inform of this, and request towels (as advertised). The next morning ~9am, I messaged again, received no response, so I called, first time no answer, second time, they apologised and said they would bring towels. I waited and no one showed. Thankfully, I had a small sauna towel I could use in the meantime. I then missed two calls at around 12.30pm that day, which I think was the accommodation calling to advise me they'd left towels... I understand some things can be missed, but then you expect people to be responsive and not be expected to waste time waiting for something basic. I would have gone without mentioning this, as the room itself was fine, however, there were two other strange things that happened, which would be make me avoid this place in future. That evening walking back from the restaurant I saw two suspect characters in the nearby park and looking in bins. The next day, I checked out really early - and I informed the accommodation I would be checking out early - hence the need for the quick response on the towels. As I'm on the way back into the city from a tour, I start getting hounded by the accommodation - calls, text, booking.com messages. "Checkout was at 11am - you need to leave!". Of course, I'm nowhere near the accommodation and haven't been since the morning. I tell them so, and then they proceed to continue harassing me and demanding I inform them who is in the accommodation and to checkout. Then it turns out, they didn't bother to verify their information, they apologised and blamed the cleaner for giving them the wrong room/info. So apparently either some vagrants got into the accommodation (another room, not the one I stayed in) and "made a mess" and "refused to leave", or they accommodation attracts some rather unseemly characters, in both cases it does not seem like a safe place to be.

Everything was just perfect - very comfortable and spacious appartment, well equipped kitchen, perfect location, very quiet neighbourhood, very good contact, easy collection of the keys and clear instructions, I definitely recommend the place!

The property was in a great location. Minutes from the centre, peaceful and friendly neighbourhood. Spacious enough, very clean.

The TV sound system did not work, along with the iron missing. Also would be nice to have a towel change and extra supply’s ie body wash, as we stayed for 5 days. I did request help from the staff, I messaged Tanaz on the first night of our stay, I didn’t hear back until end of the day on the second day and to be told nothing can be done about the TV. I was thankful for the iron to be bought to the room on the 3rd day. Frequent communication from the staff would make this stay better.

Everything. Clean, comfortable, central location. (We had no interaction with the owners.)

Bed, towels, internet. Generally it's a nice spot.

Keep in mind there is one room half basement located. Also it's located very close to garbage bins which were overfilled.

Very clean and tidy. Very convenient for shops and station.
