it is clean

there was limited usage to the hot water. I had a family of 4 and we have to ensure we shower prudently to ensure there is sufficient hot water for everyone

The cleanliness and that we had all the machines working nd t.v. Wifi was on point.

It was 3rd floor challenging to take the bags up. I had to leave one suitcase downstairs.Until I saw other guests who helped me take it up. Checking out also was challenging taking the bags down.

It was convenient to the town. Quiet area. Comfortable beds.

Towels were a bit flimsy. No hangers in the wardrobe.

very clean and close to town

it was a cellar studio flat with only one “comfortable” chair to sit in. it took me 1.5 hours to get into the property as instructions was not clear enough. (middle of the night) no hangers in wardrobes, no soap in bathroom. no instructions how to use the heating. I just felt a lack of explanation when booking the property that it was a cellar flat.
