The location itself is nice, secluded from the crowd in Cameron Highlands, quiet and peaceful.

Absolutely disappointing. The dome rooms were filthy, huge insect corpses in the curtain covering the top of the dome, absurdly disgusting, we did not even dare to open the curtains of the dome to look at the stars (which is supposed to be the special feature of this property) afraid that the insect corpses will fall. The room air conditioners are there but not allowed to turn on, only under certain conditions you are allowed to (they will keep the remote controls), very restricting. The room gets really warm during daytime and there’s a water cooling blower but the ice pack is nowhere to be found. The toilet had bee corpses as well everywhere and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for months (mosses growing already). The water is outright dirty - if you fill water with a cup you will see that it’s really yellowish in colour. Owner of the property was also very hostile when we gave feedback directly. I couldn’t bother to argue. Our neighbours had all the same comments.

Best stargazing here, I'm so lucky to see Milky Way, Meteor Shower and a sky full of stars. A very helpful host made my stay pleasant and unforgettable. Quiet, low light pollution, surrounded by forest and relaxing. Definitely will come again !

To be fair, we are not natural campers but thought a glamping experience would be a good start but we did not enjoy this at all.

The flies, hordes of flies. The mosquitoes. Aircon restricted to 6 hours a day and the remote wasn't allowed. The staff tried to be helpful but a lack of even basic English made it really difficult for international tourists. The location was far from anywhere so no real options for alternative meals. As I say though we are not campers

Nice room with amenities but for towels, it's better to bring own since the disposable towel is not really reusable as it will be too wet after one time use and hard to use it again. The steamboat was enough and breakfast was nice as well. Definitely recommended but maybe you can bring your own halal food or snacks as well if you are a big eater.
