Dian Hotel & Apartment

The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

I think they were in the middle of a hotel name change at the time so Google maps sent me to a different location half way through our stay. It was Langmandi hotel & apartments but now it seems to be Dian. Which is fine, but we weren’t informed of the change and so my booking info was a bit confusing.

1) Украли вещи. Факт пропажи регистрировать отказались. Писать отказ отказались. Претензию досудебную принимать отказалась. Писать письменный отказ отказались. Нести ответственность отказались. Выплачивать компенсацию отказались. 2) Номер поделен на 2 части дверью на щеколде. За дверью работал до 2 ночи менеджер по продажам. Страшно и громко. Это чужой человек. 3)За окнами шум. 4) От кондиционера за стеной шум. 5) Холодильник шумит. 6) В номерах неприятный запах.

This hotel is not recommended. Aside from old bloodstains on the curtains and walls, we were terrorized by daily, hours-long, extremely loud construction work (jackhammers) inside the building (videos available on Google Maps). The rooms were unusable for most of the day. Many guests complained, while at the same time, as if by magic, only the best reviews for the hotel appeared online. Even after multiple interventions by Booking.com support, the hotel management was absolutely unwilling to refund any of the exorbitant room rates. There is only one elevator, which is constantly occupied by construction workers and staff; you either spend ages in it or have to use the filthy stairwell. They smile to your face while you simultaneously feel utterly cheated.

Feels dirty and poor inside. Avoid this place, because it’s impossible to sleep, the street is very loud all night long !

This hotel was in a good location to explore Da Nang and the beach. There are lots of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes around the area. The staff were friendly, especially the door man who doubled as a concierge, he was so welcoming and smiley! The room was clean and there wasn't any noise from the roads around. The bed was comfortable and the space in the room was good. The shower had a full length window into the room which did have a blind that you could close. There was a water fountain in reception which was brilliant! We really enjoyed being able to refill our water bottles!

We were given a room with an adjoining door into another room which had no sound proofing at all. It did have a lock on our side of the door and the other side. We were not told of this at booking or reception. Some of the old marketing of Langmandi Hotel was still present around the room but it wasn't a problem at all. We did only have one bedside table which was a little odd.
