All perfect. Receptionist was super nice. Especially the small one was super nice and kind.

The stay was excellent from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean, and well designed with a comfortable bed and great natural light. The location is convenient, close to the beach and key spots in Da Nang. What stood out most was the exceptional service. Quynh went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, always friendly, attentive, and helpful with recommendations.

Honestly, there was very little to dislike. If anything, minor improvements could be made with soundproofing, but it did not significantly impact the overall experience.

Staff and location , amenities in room aswell

Location is superb, right at the heart of tourist street and only 5-10 mins to walk to the beach. Everything is close by: bar, pub, cafe, beach, shops, restaurant, local foodie. It is so convenient! The staff is supportive, always ready to help.

You need to pay by cash - I wish I could have known it in advance. The room was nice, clean, bright but it links to the next room by a connecting door which I can hear people next door talking over the phone all the time. The bed is a bit squeaky. The bathroom does have bad drain smell after using the toilet. I asked the stuff to check and fix it (which they did promptly) but it came back gain after the toilet use.
