Lagos Com Sabor Guest House

It is extremely cosy and intimate; as soon as you enter into the house you feel at home. This is a small open space yet it feels spacious and relaxing; the open bedroom located above the kitchen and bathroom is cleverly hidden yet easily accessible. The bed is really comfy and the shower and bathroom are great. Rui is a great host, checking up on us and giving tips for walks etc. The village is very quiet ( don’t come here if you’re looking for night clubs!). Good shops and cafes etc in nearby Mogadouro. We liked the shop Comtradição for veg etc. We loved our stay! Highly recommended.

Todo fue perfecto

A place in a world we forgot it existed! The tranquillity of the little village, the kindness of the host and of the 3 villagers there were breathtaking! Imagine staying in a place very old outside and all mod coms inside! Great place for relieving the stress, great hikes, charming atmosphere and very clean air! Kitchen well equipped, bed linen super clean, beds comfy. The house on minimalist side but everything one would wish for an amazing vacation. Rui the owner even gave us a welcoming gift comprising a bread, oranges from a local orchard ( best I ever tasted) and olive oil ( to die for!!!!). Wish I had this olive oil here in Canada!! Excellent stay, out of our busy and stressful world! And last but not least the beautiful encounter with Balthazar, a super dog friendly and wise!

Tivemos uma óptima estadia. A casa era muito pitoresca, numa aldeia de xisto! Estava totalmente equipada. Area envolvente muito tranquila, o que permitiu um bom descanso! A cama era muito confortável e a roupa muito perfumada.
