Charming Apt Near Manchester City Centre By Etihad Coop Arena

The location is excellent for the coop live, Etihad complex and walkable from Piccadilly station or there is a good metro link. The apartment is fine for an over night stay. Everything you need is there. Nice lounge area, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen with fridge and freezer. Towels were very nice and water was hot. Great price.0

Getting the key lock box code was too near to our arrival time for my comfort. On our journey to Manchester I was becoming increasingly worried. Once Michael got in touch his communication was excellent. Though clean and nicely decorated the apartment would benefit from a deep clean, skirting boards, doors and frames. The shower cubicle is in need of replacing as is the cooker hob.

Good location next to tram

The cleanliness was apalling. We didn’t dare use the dirty shower or the complimentary half used toothpaste, shower gel and deodrants. Whole bathroom needs a scrub with bleach and deep Clean. Didn’t use the kitchen but at glance the extractor fan is dripping with greese, kitchen sink was disgusting. Bedroom and living area was ok apart from the complimentary used tissue on the window sill.

Excellent location for visiting the Co-op live arena. Living room comfortable, bedding & towels clean & fresh. Great communication from the hosts throughout our stay. Easy check in & check out. Thank you for a lovely stay!

very close to the National Cycling centerthe flat is located on a very busy street above a hairdresser's with which it shares an entranceLiving room and bedroom without window They are in not the worst condition but the kitchen and bathroom need renovation Dirty and very damagedThe bed in the bedroom was ok. However, my son slept in the living room. He didn't have a sheet to put on the sofa bed.

Booked the apartment for my parents who were attending the coop arena , both in their mid 70s. The apartment was very clean and located close to the arena - ideal for a night. Hosts were excellent at communicating and the apartment was great for purpose. Only thing I would say the stairs are steep as mentioned to the flat, but my parents managed well! Thank you to the hosts, I would definitely use it for myself in the future as well !

Excellent apartment, ideal if you're visiting the Etihad or the co-op arena, both just a few minutes walk away. There's a bus and tram stop just a few minutes walk away too for getting into the city centre. You can park your car right opposite the apartment and see it out of the window. Excellent communication from the owners regarding access to the apartment via keybox. Will definitely use again in future trips.
