Appartement de prestige au quartier de l’Hivernage, Marrakech

L’emplacement est excellent et très sécurisé, idéal pour les familles qui souhaitent visiter Marrakech. Il y a des commerces à proximité, ( centre commercial  menar ) 1min  ce qui est très pratique. Le propriétaire est très respectueux et à l’écoute. La résidence est également très bien sécurisée avec des agents présents 24h/24 🤍💯💪 apparemment confortable propre

I did not like anything about the apartment apart from the location.

Did not live up to the description. It was not clean, it needs updating, lack of modern facilities, decor very basic, No nice accessories to make it feel like home. Cooking pots pans and cutlery, a random miss match of stuff I would not want to cook with. I couldn’t face staying one night in this place let alone 2 weeks so we left. The landlord was rude, and did not want to listen to me, I was not given a refund. Every time I arranged to meet the landlord at the property he was always very late. He accused me of not handing the key back and wanted to charge me for it, although I met him there, gave him the key and even went to the apartment with him so he could check it out, he could see that we had not stayed there. Very small tv which was on a wall furthest away from the seating area, would be impossible to watch, quite ridiculous. They are so many lovely apartments in Marrakech for the same price, so move on, his pictures are mostly of the grounds outside, few of the inside, that says it all. I can’t imagine who the other reviews were made by!

Mr. ~Mohammed Andaloussi is very helpfulI and always co-operative. I strongly recommend this apartment. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well organized. The swimming pool is clean and kids enjoyed it a lot. The price is acceptable. The location is near to the Manarah mall and best restaurants. I will visit the apartment again and again.
