HOT TUB - Miners Cottage - edge of Brecon Beacons National Park - Heritage Town

Clean, comfortable and cosy one night stay. Trip to the Big Pit was great.

Parking was reasonably easy despite concerns on other reviews. Hot tub was lovely and warm. Everywhere was clean, beds comfy and kitchen had everything we needed.

Although the hot tub water was clean there was a lot of gunk and stuff around the filter. More lighting is needed throughout garden - we had to leave hot tub and go inside quite early because steps etc were too dangerous for my mum in the dark. The neighbours were so loud we didn’t really sleep.

Garden needs some attention

I enjoyed the property, it was very comfortable and warm. It was well decorated and felt very homely. The property was clean and tidy and was equipped with everything that you would need. Communication with the host was good also.

The parking situation wasn't great. It's a very busy residential street and no off road parking. The hot tub was great on the first night - we showered as per the instructions, but didn't realise our swimwear would also change the PH balance as the second day the water in the hot tub was Yellow and was advised by the host that it could have been due to the washing powder of our swimwear, we didnt use the hot tub again because of this.

Hot tub was very nice, especially on a sunny evening. Beds were comfy and it was a nice touch to have some biscuits, small packs of cereal and larder supplies (herbs, salt etc) provided in the kitchen

Parking was slightly pot luck as to how close you could get to the property.

Well furnished cosy property, great hot tub, easy check in.

The house was melting constantly with no heating on. Parking was difficult with no parking available on road or in local car park
