El sofá estaba dañado nunca nos sentamos en el mismo, y las batería de los Controles de los TV y del aire acondicionado estaban agotadas

Poca comunicación, pedia que se hiciera reserva en otra página después, no tenían reservado el apartamento acordado y tampoco la reserva de Booking y Booking tampoco respondió mi queja.

Definitivamente la vista nos encantó, también la cercanía al casco está muy bien ubicado con mucha seguridad al ingreso y salida. Cuando ya estuve en Panamá, la host estaba muy al pendiente de lo que escribía y preguntaba. El minidepa esta muy bien equipado, bastante completo en cuanto a electrodomesticos, lo unico que no era como las fotos es que yo esperaba una cocina a gas, en su lugar habia cocina electrica muy pequeña lo cual me dificultaba cocinar.

Días antes del viaje (después de la cancelación free) el host me cambio el precio de la estadía diciendo que booking daba un precio que ella no había aprobado, tuvimos que renegociar el costo y finalmente me subió unos 50 usd aprox. Yo acepte por que ya no tenia el tiempo para buscar otro lugar.

Very poor communication from the host, no information about check-in, AC broken, bed broken, fridge stained with blood inside, only one tiny towel per person , no pool towels. Host threatened me to turn electricity off and get me removed by guards if I don't pay entire sum instead of waiting for clarification about refund from booking.com. Horrible stay.

The amenities were top notch, the host was super responsive and helpful, the location is super close to water/cinta costera pathway and fish market and Casco viejo, the apartment bed was comfortable, apartment was clean. Washing machine/dryer in apartment was super practical and help and great to have. The pool was one of the most enjoyable swimming pools I’ve ever swam in. The gym was great. The restaurants/bar in building were fantastic! Had a super yummy panamanian pizza with authentic Italian pizza crust and great quality cheese and ingredients.

Only issues was getting the water in bathrooms to right temperature (was either super scalding hot or super cold and no medium in between, so that was frustrating despite trying multiple times to fix the water heater settings). Overall I would still def stay here again and highly recommend it for folks visiting. Only other thing I didn’t like was the immediate area outside apartment was a bit sketch/difficult to walk around in and google maps kept sending me on wild goose chase with its horrible walking directions having me cross 3-4 lane highways, so that was a bit annoying. Better to just count on Uber if everywhere, even to go to Casco Viejo or super close by places. Only great thing is pedestrian pathway near the water which is convenient to walk to.
