Hotel Royce Executive Near US Consulate, Bandra Kurla Complex

We had an option to chose from their menu like break and jam or break omlet as breakfast and the staff was very helpful for arranging transport, as they did not charge more, I am satisfied with the family stay

The location is simply horrible. It is not in BKC but is in Kurla. There is no proper car parking. We had to park our car on the road side. Luckily nothing happened to the car. The rooms have no windows. Totally dark without electric lights.

There was no hygiene. It was smelling bad, the floors were not cleaned properly. There was a common door in my room 119 whic was closed but could hear the sound of people speaking there. Strong smell of cigarette maybe smoked by people in the adjacent room.

The hotel location is very awesome and easy access to USA consulate . Rooms and passages are very neat and clean. The food are very good and the taste is amazing . Overall I really like the hotel. .. The hotel location is very prime Rooms and passages are very neat and clean. Staff was so Kind and ready for help
