"Disgusting hotel."

It was a horrific experience staying in this hotel. How can you list a hotel like this on your website. It was a very shady hotel where no family should stay. We checked in in the night and room was already used. Mattress and bedsheets were so dirty that that we had to ask to change it. There were blood stains on the bedsheet and the mattress. Location is very poor. I am really disappointed with booking to have listed this kind of hotel for family on their website. I will never ever book again from booking.com and will also make sure that this feedback is shared across all social media platforms so that no other family has to go this kind of ordeal.
