The apartment is apt as described and everything except pressing iron was made available. I and my colleagues will always book Charmant Apartment anytime we come to Marrakech. Thank you for the hospitality.

Lack of pressing iron to get clothes ironed was missing and it is not nice.

Le logement est spacieux et bien situé, ce qui est appréciable pour visiter Marrakech et se déplacer facilement.

En revanche, nous avons été déçus par plusieurs points. Nous avions choisi ce logement en partie pour la piscine, mais celle-ci était vide à notre arrivée. Le logement était également humide et pas très propre : les draps ne semblaient pas propres, il manquait des torchons et la vaisselle était sale, en plus de ne pas être suffisante pour 6 personnes, puis une table cassée. Concernant les couchages, les personnes dormant sur le canapé n’avaient ni couette ni oreiller, seulement des plaids. De plus, l’une des salles de bain avait un WC qui fuyait avec une cuvette cassée, rendant les toilettes inutilisables et laissant le sol constamment trempé. C’est dommage car le logement a du potentiel, mais plusieurs améliorations sont nécessaires pour rendre le séjour plus agréable. Nous avons également contacté le propriétaire concernant ces différents problèmes, mais nous avons eu très peu de retour à nos demandes.

Was the property in a perfect location! Close to everything and easy to accessz

I didn't like the facilities or the cleanliness. The apartment was not clean. The toilet was not working properly, even though there were different reviews regarding it, the problem was not fixed. They were not an iron and a hair dryer, and staying a week in the property at some point was essential, and when talking to the host, the issue was not addressed either. The either in the main room was not working either.

It’s very clean, rooms were big and exactly same as advertised. Main thing it’s in the center of marrakech so if you are travelling marrakech and booked other activities it’s in the best location with very affordable price.
