Bathroom clog sink. Very hot rooms upon arrival. No coffee machine. Very boring atmosphere from day to night. Not much to do honestly in the property.
PHPHI love the place, it's clean and facilities were great. Food was superb! Customer service is great, they were kind and accommodating.
Pool is a little smaller considering the number of guest to accommodate. I recommend water heater instead of thermos for coffee drinkers.

The room is not clean properly, there spider and flies inside the room, the breakfast is not buffet anymore.

by booking with the hiden charges ...although i tell them how many companion i have....iba naman pala sa actual so yong 29k na i thought i was paying online ng mag finalize na ako mag pay with my card naging 36k plus na and then to make sure na pasok lahat kami sa suite naku po kadadating namin at the counter meron pa pala babayaran na thousand pesos 14k additional dahil .madami daw kami kahit na sinabi ko na by fon b4 we go down na 8pax kami anyway its all done this is our first and last i was so disappointed kaya sa mga nag book online dont expect nalang at clearify 1st by fon at wag kalimutan sino nakausap...now i am bankrupt 😔😢
USUSPHThe overall feel of the resort is nice. The design of having greeneries all over the facilities is good. The pools are quite good. The food is descent.
The rooms, especially the bed are not quite to the standard given the price per room. We expected higher quality given the price. The rooms have a lot of mosquitoes. The bed feels a bit wet. The service is also bad. There just seems to be a way for the guest to wait for the food to be served. Even the buffet breakfast does not feel like a buffet breakfast. overall the service is bad.
