Stylish Apartment with Large, Covered Balcony in De Waterkant

The location is great; it is very close to nice cafes, restaurants and a grocery store. The apartment is beautiful, just like the pictures. The host was always responsive to my needs and provided all I could have required for a nice stay. There was a bit of construction noise and loud drilling noise when I stayed there, but that was beyond the host's control. All in all great place. If you are on the fence about booking the place. Book it. You will not regret it.

This is a great location for home base while exploring cape town. It is centrally located to all the activities like V&A harbor, signal Hill and lions head, table mountain, robben island ferry gateway and BoKapp. Easy access to highway for kirschtenbosch and boulders Beach and Cape of good hope. If you rent a car there is free parking in the garage. The apartment provided many amenities, cooking supplies, washer/dryer. The host was very thoughtful and checked in on us and offered suggestions to dining locations. There is a supermarket just a 5 minutes walk. Great security in the building. Located in a safe neighborhood.

Location. Felt secure. Clean and comfortable as a base for tourists.

Organizing the car park access was tricky after we picked up the rental car on day 2 and when leaving, the arrangements we had made with the local manager fell through and he did not communicate with us again and so was stressful working out where to leave the key and worrying about being late to the airport for our flight.

The location of this apartment is formidable and I felt very safe staying here as a single female traveler visiting Cape Town for the first time, with 24/7 security in the reception area at the ground floor of the building. I loved 'coming home' to this comfortable and calm apartment after a day of exploring. It was very easy to reach any sight in Cape Town from this location, there is a great big super market across the street and a choice of restaurants just behind, all within walking distance. Very convenient also to be able to park your car in the guarded parking below the building.

Where do I even start. We were slightly apprehensive booking this apartment because it had so few reviews. We took a chance and it paid off. This was exactly as described a beautiful and stylish apartment. Centrally located and close to all in Cape Town. It was super safe and had 24 hour security who were so friendly. The host Jenny was exceptional she even went out of her way to email us some Cape Town recommendations. This apartment went above and beyond to cater for us. If you are looking for somewhere to stay - look no further it was fantastic. It was a perfect base that allowed us have space to chill out after a day of travelling or if we wanted to have a morning coffee on the balcony. Superb - top tip : book now 🙌🏼
