Area, cozy rooms. Clean.

Lack of proper AC, no wifi-we had to use mobile data for the entire trip even though we were told its gonna be fixed. Different room than the one in the pictures(we chose this place for the AC close to the lounge area but was met with a faulty AC in the back of the kitchen which again was supposed to be fixed)
