Luxury new built split-level flat with rooftop gardens access

We had no sheets for the sofa bed the first night, despite requesting in advance that both beds be made up. We had no bakeware for the oven (we were cooking Xmas dinner!). On Xmas day we had to go searching for an open supermarket that sold oven dishes. When we turned the oven on the pile of meat dripping on the bottom smoked out the tiny flat. I had to scrub this right back before we could use the oven. The anonymous ‘manager’ was distinctly disinterested. Sheets turned up on the 2nd day after me repeatedly asking for info about their whereabouts - no apology for having to sleep on a sheet-less sofa under an uncovered duvet. We were given one (fruitless) suggestion about where we might be able to buy our own oven ware; again no apology or follow-up. It was a complete disgrace. Ruined my carefully planned Christmas. I found a glossy A4 pamphlet in the flat, advertising the same flat to unsuspecting clients - promoting the adjacent car park (£7/24 hrs) as safe and secure is exceedingly deceitful: it was a square of rubble surrounded by temporary fencing panels, no security staff. This is a cynical sub-letting of a poorly managed property by a company who have no interest in their clients.

Stains on sofa. Whole place smelt like cigarettes. It took us 30 minutes just to locate the key and get through the lock on the door. Security guard very unhelpful and clearly soliciting the drug deals going on in the corridor. Felt unsafe and unsanitary

The property was well located central to Manchester and had all the basic facilities we would need.

The property was somewhat basic so not a luxury stay, but was perfect as a base for us to sleep & eat while we were in the area for a wedding

Was comfortable, cosy and very clean. Was in a lovely place and cindy is lovely!

Smart layout made it feel more spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The location was good. Having 2 toilets was handy

Listed with a Nespresso machine, but there weren't any coffee pods to go in it. The sofa-bed was stained. The hob was cracked. The host didn't respond at times

Very helpful host, modern and clean apartment, central, cheap parking right next to the property (£7 for 24 hours).

Everything was great, it was just very hot weather (fairly rare) in Manchester so the apartment was warm. There was a fan upstairs for the main bedroom, it'd be great to have one downstairs for those on the bed settee. You could open the main window but there's a bit of noise from the road with the window open, it's quiet with it closed (double glazing) so we kept it closed.

Property was in really good location. Easily accessible and good parking onsite. Modern room with a homely feel. Quiet complex and comfortable nights sleep. We appreciated the fan!

Bedding for third person wasn’t supplied, we had to find random bits in a cupboard. No pillow provided for our third guest. When asking where this may be I was ignored. Fixtures and fittings have seen better days - hooks not secure in the wall
