Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The pillows are the worst hotel pillows I’ve seen. We stayed three days. The maid didn’t come in our room at all so I had to call for clean towels. Finally, the hotel charged me an extra fee when I checked in even though I paid in full through booking.com

The Saying there is No Smokin Policy all the Hotel ' When there was Smoking ! These days , Most Hotels are Very Bad on Allowing it, and not Charging the rooms. Being a hotel worker myself. I Know this is happening and Staff turns a blind eye? Try's Having you feel stupied for bringing it up. More People who Dont smoke - Need to Take a Stand Against Hotels not Stopping this' hurts their pockets ? Why most dont I BELIEVE. Hurts People Especially with Health Conditions. I told Staff and All say there is no smoking policy. OK ? But there is. Not Mine to deal with after paying for Clean Air to sleep and Comfort' Health. ? One Hotel Manager ' even went as far as Knowing and Admitting there was smoking going on in next to my room and drugs as well ! Horrible by the way. And ended up not allowing me back in the hotel to rent again after I left ' -I found this out. Because I Spoke up and Proved it ! Seriously ! Really need to Stop the insanity of Not charging these people who are Disrespectful and Rude doing this . That's it ! Not that this does me any good telling the Truth ' on your Survey . Have A Nice Day !

AC in room was incredibly noisy

The room size and style were great. The hotel is modern, open, and clean. My check-in was quick and seamless.

The continental breakfast’s options and quality was underwhelming. The linens and towels were not quality or soft.
