Brook Bottom Farm luxury apartments and Farmhouse

Lovely peaceful location!

The room and ensuite were decorated beautifully, everything we needed was provided, it was very comfortable and the location is stunning

We could hear the people in the next room clearly and it made us aware that they could hear us too

The apartment’s is in a lovely secluded area, they are modern and so lovely, really clean and the towels and dressing gown’s are 100% cotton.

Unfortunately, the doors are so loud and heavy not much sleep was gained from the two night stay. Noisy neighbours above on both nights meant, you can hear everything (some which you don’t want to hear), the fan and ear plugs didn’t work. People walking down and slamming the door every hour!

Lovely and clean and well presented

Marketed as an apartment and therefore disappointed to find it was a double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

The property was in a very peaceful location with beautiful scenery. The hot tub by the brook was stunning and we enjoyed our time there. The room was lovely and Barry went above and beyond to help us :)

Easy to get in the property. Responded to a noise complaint after midnight. Ninja appliance available in the room. Dunelm decor was co-ordinated.

Walls too thin and can hear everything in adjacent rooms. Room above making noise periodically all night (till gone midnight). Room much smaller than expected (from photos on booking.com) TV at 90 degrees to the bed. Expected access to a Jacuzzi, especially at £200/night (from photos on booking.com) Cheap mattress (spring).
