"Disappointingly dirty. I spent the first 2 days cleaning up the place myself. A waste of money &time"

Location was good, close to the city center.

Very dirty accommodations. Cobweb covered ceilings. Only 2 bulbs working in the bathroom. When I contacted the host about the dirty accommodation, he offered me £10 to "forget about it" or pay a call out fee for the cleaner.

The central location was great, and the support videos were useful to help you with accessing the apartment.

Worried about the parking when i arrived so late.... but i worried for nothing as there is a reasonably priced long stay option very close to the apartment.

Great apartment, very clean and quiet and in a very secure block. Close to shops, restaurants, and railway station.

It got quite hot in the apartment at times. It would be good to have some form of air cooler, fans etc

Fantastic location, very quiet area despite having everything at your doorstep. 20min train ride to London (wonderful).

No parking (have to park elsewhere and pay). Unreasonably late check-in. Photos in add are slightly airbrushed.
