SGOnly the location...
All ... should upgrade on the furniture & cleanliness ... the tv have no tv channel .. the bedshhet , pillow & bedroom is all so old & run down for all bedroom ...dining room table & chair is run down & chair is so painful to sit on ... all the unit can do with a fresh coat of paint ... kitchen is also rundown with lots of lizard ... window blinds is mostly torn ... & balcony lots of bird droppings
SGIt has both washer and dryer, perfect for a big family like us. The kitchen is also fully equipped so we can cook some simple fares for the baby who’s travelling with us. Fridge is cold enough and not leaking. The rooms are clean and aircon is cold enough. The location is good except that we have to jaywalk to the nearby malls which is no fault of the owners. The owners are also quick to respond to our requests for additional access card, dishwashing liquid and toilet rolls. The owner is also extremely kind to extend our checkout time to 2pm so we can enjoy a good lunch before we leave the city!
The round kitchen door knob is too stiff for the elderly to open. The main bathroom had no shower curtain so there will be ponding issue everytime we bathe there. The drainage holes are too big so I’d suggest the owner get some drain filter to prevent cockroaches from climbing into the house. Wifi often has connection issues especially during the night so be prepared with your own data. We booked a 3-room apartment so actually I would have expected more than 1 access cards and toilet rolls and dishwashing liquid refilled, rather than rely on tenants to requests for these stuff after they’ve checked in.
MYThe host did provide very detailed info for us on how to check in and out. They even send a private message to ask us whether we have check in or not. Very caring host.
Midnight is a bit noisy.

Living hall and master bedroom out of order need to address this matter as the aircon so warm and trip interval 15min! Rest without aircon.

CHLocation is strategic as it is within walking distance to Mahkota Parade, Terminal Pahlawan as well as Hatten. There are washing and drying machines so we could wash our clothes daily. Also there is a swimming pool where our kids enjoyed a lot despite the hot weather. Air conditioning worked well. The host was very responsive to our demands.
The noises from outside the road were unbearable. The door of the dryer is broken but it still works fine.
