Great location, great sea view. Lift available so great for people with mobility issues.

Windows are older frames and let in a draft in living room and bedroom with balcony access.

Location is good, did opt for the free parking on sea front as I was late arriving and early leaving so had to walk a fair way.

The hidden cost for cleaning. Not advertising the additional £50 cleaning fee in the upfront price is ridiculous and actually goes against UK trading laws. Never had a property charge addition, compulsory cleaning costs - it should be in the rate. If you are considering booking here be wary that the actual cost is £50 more than Booking.com advertise. To be honest if you factor in this additional charge this apartment is very overpriced. It isn’t compatible with other apartments in similar or more premium locations like Bath, Brighton etc. Also no iron or ironing board in the apartment which is pretty basic, and the bed/mattress is pretty low quality but not the end of the world for one night.

"Great location, could have been cleaner."

Excellent location, spacious living area with lovely views of the sea and up to date bathroom with good pressure for the shower. Comfortable bed but was a standard double so personally a little on the small side, nice feeling pillows and sheets.

Could have been cleaner. Lots of dust everywhere, hairs found in bathroom and bedrooms. In second bedroom there was a stain on one of the pillows and on yellow duvet cover. Towels that were provided were very small and worn - could do with new ones. No plug in the kitchen sink, couldn't locate a bottle opener and shower didnt drain very well or quickly so was worried about water overflowing onto the bathroom floor.

Really good communication and ease of check in. Lovely layout for a comfortable stay. Everything you needed was provided. Fantastic view from the balcony. Perfect location for pier, beach, sauna and cafes... Plus snacks from Marks and Spencer's next door. A great weekend place and we plan to come back!
