The house is in an excellent location, in the heart of the beautiful old town. Excellent for walking out to the restaurants and shops. THE decor is beautiful - contemporary, yet in keeping with the authentic feel of the old city. The host was extremely helpful. We got locked out at one stage and he was so kind to come and let us in late at night and was so nice about it.

It is an authentic old house, so lots of steps, small rooms and low ceilings. To be expected in a city like this.

The location was more than ideal--on a quiet street in the wonderful historic center. The tourists filled the area, but we were close to everything--wonderful restaurants, gelaterias, shops, and cafes--walking everywhere, without having anyone making noise on our little street. Very quaint. Mario our host was so helpful, giving us advice working with our schedule to bring the cleaner in, and even coming out in the night when we locked ourselves out. Perfect location in beautiful town, with great day trips to the beach and other seaside places. The place was very roomy and comfortable with much more than we needed for our three week stay. We barely used the terrace or the pool and could have done with much less. An amazing house and a unique experience. THANKS Mario.

We liked everything except what characterizes all the nice houses in the old city--stairs. Stairs to bring your suitcases to the house. Stairs inside the house, with the toilet on a different floor from the bedroom, which itself was up steep steps. Older people should beware and try to find a different kind of accommodation. It is challenging to carry suitcases up and down and even to use the bathroom at night. The pool was an extra that may perhaps be good in the summer (we were there in beautiful October)--it is neither a hottub or jaccusi because cool but too small to use as a swimming pool. We asked Mario to turn it off to stop the noise of the water pump.

Terrace on the roof is really great! Wonderfully arranged and developed space, a unique atmosphere!

The house is beautiful with a big terrace with lovely views. Inside there is small pool which is a luxury addition. The location was excellent and the wifi was great. The aircon was also excellent. The host was very kind and responsive. He left complimentary bottle of local rose and gave us some great recommendations which we really enjoyed. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Super home, very clean and stunning roof terrace

Beautiful and tastefully displayed! Such a gorgeous apartment spread over 4 levels to include a rooftop viewing platform. The pool/spa was a welcoming refresh after hot streets and so romantically set up. The shower was large and perfect pressure. Bed was very comfortable, plenty of places over the house to sit and relax. The apartment has all the amenities you need to self cater should you wish and Mario had left spritz and beers, breakfast treats to welcome us! This place is just beautiful and I highly recommend to stay, Mario was an amazing communicator. Thank you so much you spoilt us! Sad we could only spend 1 evening in Ostuni.

The bedroom is fabulous, so pretty, but the design with the stepped concrete could be a tad dangerous as there is a large unprotected drop from the right hand side of the bed to the staircase. If not paying attention you could unwittingly take a fall. Maybe a small railing to stop this from potentially happening? I can’t see anyone else has mentioned it so it may not be a worry to others. I still give this place a 10/10

Location is good

There is no guideline and i need to ask even for wifi and it is very humidity so there is some smell. Besides, the house is not clean like not empty trash can.

The property is amazing . It is a very old traditional house that has been very thoughtfully renovated. We loved the plunge pool with a wine chiller cabinet right next to it and enjoyed may glasses of local wine and relaxing soaks. The views from the roof terrace are beautiful and we enjoyed many apperitivos up there. Mario was very helpful collecting us from the rail station as we had no car and was always available on Whatsapp to answer any queries we had.

very little - maybe some more attention to the roof terrace - nicer plants etc. Mario needs to include some photos of views from his amazing roof terrace - a real selling point.
