9 Admiralty House Stunning Luxury Apartment with free parking

Furnished to a high standard.

Very modern furnishings and electrics. It was very clean and bright and beautifully refurbished.

We had lots of luggage so hauling them upstairs was challenging.

Highly recommended. In 11 weeks traveling from Scotland to Cornwall, Admiralty House was the nicest flat we stayed in (8 nights). Very clean and beautifully decorated apartment in an historic building; clearly a lot of time and thought went into decor and furniture. Great communication with helpful owner. Flat well stocked in kitchen and bathroom. Tesco Express directly in front by the cricket ground. Lovely garden behind overlooking the harbour. We loved Plymouth; recommend a walk down to Cafe Roma on the water and a visit to the free Davenport Naval Heritage Centre just a few minutes drive away.

No negatives at all with the flat. Note that some flats in the building overlook the harbour; this one doesn’t. The House isn’t that close to downtown Plymouth, but we had no issues walking 30 minutes to The Hoe and 20 minutes to Royal William Yard to catch local ferries. Helpful to have a car to explore into Cornwall via Torpoint ferry (included gated parking is right outside the flat).

Comfortable and stylish apartment, spotlessly clean, well-equipped kitchen, secure parking.

The lack of a lift may be a problem for some people. Lack of clothes storage space.

We loved it all! The apartment was better than we expected & Korina left great instructions & tips for us, which we greatly appreciated.

Ideal location for getting into Plymouth City Centre and The Hoe. The apartment was tastefully designed and decorated. Powerful shower. Communication with the owner was excellent, Korina provided all the information we needed for our stay and thoughtfully provided fresh milk and snacks on arrival.

Not a problem with the apartment but there were a lot of children riding bikes around the private parking area pulling wheelies and getting close to the cars.
