Superb Studio Flats in City Centre

It’s just like the pics very lovely Can be a bit loud at night if you keep the windows open

There was no forks And there is like a morning market in the square in front so you can hear when they are setting it up

In a calm area of the city close to small shopping and a nice park area and the city centre

Particular in the summer very warm. It helps with the provided fan and the fact that the noice level from outside is so lovely that windows can be kept open during night. The chairs for the table are not particularly comfortable. However a generally good experience and would not mind staying the same place again.

Property was exceptionally well looked after, entry was easy.

Nothing much stairs are a bit steep and the two local pubs within walking distance were closed on a Friday night

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The front door was not secure, and the neighborhood felt unsafe. The TV in my room was non-functional due to the absence of an aerial. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable, with dirt and mold prevalent throughout. When I reported that the shower was not working, the owner responded rudely, suggesting that I didn't know how to use it properly. Due to these issues, I had to leave early and relocate to another hotel. Despite being promised a refund, I have yet to receive it.

Only one mug in the cupboard for tea or coffee and a pillow case missing on one of the pillows

Easy reach of the centre

Property is expensive for what it is - contacting the host could only be done via here. Door lock broke in my first week - messaged the host asked for a phone number for easier reach and they stated I could message on here and wouldn’t give me a number. Property main door went unsecure for about a week until they could have it fixed. Generally the flat isn’t very secure the flat door lock isn’t on well and could easily be forced open, several doors in the flat missing door handles or handles about to fall off. Laundry is stated but there is none provided you need to go to a laundrette and they charge £5 a kilo for a service wash that takes at least 24 hours. The next nearest is a 40 minute walk or an Uber. The flat isn’t level - shelves on a slope and things fall off, floor is uneven. They provide a cleaning service but personal items were thrown away so I messaged asking for no further service - no apology and no response but they didn’t come again. WiFi is stated but no WiFi available. Had police banging on my door one morning trying to find a resident and the flat generally seems to be in a bad area.
