Fake reviews!. Paid extra for a balcony room only for it to face onto a dirty alley. Chaos inside & out the hotel, no sleep. Staff didn't seem to care about the noise the other guests were making at 2am . Room could do with a good scrub. Had other people's body hair in the bathroom. Gross.
