Free pickup from Rodney Bay Marina

We spent a week as a family of 3. The property was conveniently located with easy access to Rodney Bay Marina, Gros Islet, Pigeon Island, Smuggler's Cove. It was clean and the host was very helpful. She even gave us a ride to the supermarket the first day we arrived, because I wasn't comfortable yet with the left side of the road driving. Good value for the money paid.

No washing laundry facilities

Lovely conscientious, respectful host. Communication was great from the start. While our arrival time was a little up in the air, our host was able to work with us and was ready to leave work early to meet us at the apartment. Comfortable ground floor 2 bedroom apartment with spacious patio area out front where you can sit and sip your morning tea. Not much of a view out back through bedroom windows, but you don't come to Saint Lucia to stay indoors staring at a brick wall! The apartment is in a nice, quiet location (on the way to Daren Sammy Cricket Ground), conveniently situated to drive to Rodney Bay or Gros Islet for Fish Friday. Not on a bus route, so if you're using public transport, you'll need to walk down to the main road to catch a bus. Fully equipped kitchen, WIFI & S.M.A.R.T TV. Ceiling fan in the bedroom keeps you cool at night. Leave the front door open during daylight hours to let the breeze cool you down, when you're not at the beach or out on excursions. If the water pressure is low, the property has a water pump you can switch on temporarily and water flow is then fine. The apartment doesn't have a washing machine, but if you're staying more than a week, you can ask the host to wash your clothes for you or there's a laundrymat on the way to Rodney Bay. Long-term tenant lives in the apartment next door & host lives upstairs, so was respectful to not play music too loud, but neither resident was intrusive. Host was keen to ensure our needs were met. Unrivalled hospitality, our lovely host shared dinner and drinks with me and I enjoyed time conversing with her. A great, peaceful place to stay, excellent value for money and free pick up from Rodney Bay Marina, what's not to love about this listing? If I visit St Lucia again, I'll definitely book this property again.

Clean and great value

No air conditioning

Florentina reached out to us immediately when we made the booking and met us at Rodney Bay Marina. We went up to the house together and she lives above the flat. This made the entrance very easy.

The host was the most amazing and welcoming person we have met! Florentina invited us for wine to get to know each other, which was amazing! The place itself was really big and had everything needed! Would 100% recommend!

Great location

The host Miss Joan is unexpectedly lovely and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable and pleasant. After experiencing some issues and got robbed on the flight, she was a beacon of light to me and my children. I highly recommend this accommodation, great location in the North as well as easy access to the beach and all amenities locally.
