A localização é muito boa, perto de um shopping com restaurante, lojas, salão, supermercado.

A equipe é ruim, muito mal educados e mal humorados. Tive problemas para receber entrega de compras. Não tem cafe da manhã. Muito barulho desde cedo na piscina.

Durante a Black Friday, realizei uma reserva com pagamento via cartão de crédito. No entanto, apenas dois dias antes da minha viagem (18 de março), o hotel cancelou a reserva alegando problemas no débito do cartão. A justificativa não era verídica, pois refiz a mesma reserva imediatamente — agora com um valor superior — e o pagamento foi aprovado sem qualquer erro. Considero a atitude do hotel /Booking extremamente desleal e oportunista, visando supostamente apenas o cancelamento de uma tarifa promocional. Reclamei e não recebi qualquer resposta
