Mizner Place at Weston Town Center, Fort Lauderdale

When we checked in the person behind the front desk was still being trained and didn't know how to check in 2 rooms (one for us and one for my mom) for RCI. When we got to our room, there were no towels in the bathroom. We called several times to the front desk and no one ever answered the phone. We walked over requesting for the towels for our room and an extra blanket for the pull out sofa and we were told that they were in short supply. The front desk and customer service seriously need work especially with answering the phone for guests that are already checked in! The staff that ran the pool activities were awesome. The local restaurants and places to walk to were great.

NOT a Gold standard hotel !! Mizner Place needs additional work to upgrade facilities to be a gold star hotel. The kitchen appliances did not work well. The room was not cleaned adequately upon check in and needed to be called back. The check in was extremely long - hours, much longer than usual. Probably caused by an inadequate service staff. Definitely a severe decline from previous years.

Me gustó mucho la amplitud del apartamento: la habitación amplia, el living también y una cocina muy cómoda. Ideal para 3 personas. Estuvimos 6 días. El personal es muy amable!!!

Al haber alquilado por 6 días, no incluye limpieza entre medio. Sin embargo, nos permitieron cambiar las toallas a mitad de la estadía sin ningún problema.

Mizner place does not disappoint. Its location in beautiful Weston Town Center offers many options for walking to shops and restaurants. The staff are wonderful and buildings are well kept.

While I thought with vacatia now running this property things would be better. They were not. Front desk was not honest, check in was late, room was loud, construction signs were posted when we got there but not mentioned prior. Loud kids above us when asked to get moved it took numerous trips to the front desk over 24 hours. Then moved to a room next to construction on a main road out of spite. Great location. No rental car needed if you don’t want to leave property but that was about.

Overall this would be a fantastic resort. However beware there is construction. We were not told about the construction. Construction crew jack hammered the ceramic tile floors and bathroom tile in the unit directly across the hall from our unit. Could not use our unit in daytime for two days because of the noise. Front desk staff said notices were in the elevator however our unit was on first floor!!
