Zion Zen Zacation at Painted Sands

We really liked the location of where the house is. It wasn't very far from the 15 freeway and it was only 30 minutes from Zion, which is where my family spent most of our time. There's a gas station right across the street and there are restaurants within walking distance. There's also a park across the street, that has a splash pad for kids to play in during the summer months. The house looks to be a bit older, but the house was very clean and spacious enough for 10 of us. The yard is also spacious and the kids enjoyed playing with the tether ball that is out front. Communication was also great. Any time I sent a message with a question, I would get a response within an hour. Before arriving they sent all the information needed to have an easy arrival, which we greatly appreciated.

The second bathroom doesn't have a vent or a window, so there are definitely odors and moisture that get trapped in there when the bathroom gets used. The bedroom next to the kitchen doesn't have a vent, so in order for that room to stay cool, like the rest of the house, the door has to stay open, which doesn't really allow for privacy for whoever stays in that room. The house is next to a main street, so if you want peace and quiet all night long, you probably won't get too much of that here, because you can hear the cars driving by throughout the night. It's not so bad in the middle of the night, it never woke my kids up, but by early morning, you can definitely hear it more.
