The location is fine, in a quiet street close to metro station. The place was perfectly clean, with new modern, innovative furnishing.

Collecting the key from a keybox which is attached to a grid at the opposite building is something he have never experienced before: you need to go down to your knees (on dirty pavement) and try to open the box using a digital code provided. The numbers, however, were almost invisible as we arrived around midnight – bring your own light maybe.. There is no AC in the apartment (yes, we knew this in the time of booking) and it was impossible to get any fresh air in the middle of July. Estimated temperature inside around 28 degrees Celsius, the fan provided was of little help only. The way in which owners communicate with guests is strange (to say it in a polite manner): several threats of "fines" in case the apartment would be left dirty or with unwashed dishes, directions to empty the garbage bin... The general feeling is that they want just to collect the money without investing any energy into the process.
