Cute and Cozy Studio Near Galleria

The location was Okay for me based on my plans.

Extreme dissatisfaction and serious security concerns regarding my recent stay at the Cute and Cozy Studio Apartment. My experience was problematic from the start. I was asked to pay a $35 early check-in fee, only to be informed of last-minute HVAC issues. My attempts to reach the Property manager were initially unsuccessful as the provided phone numbers was unreachable.  Finally after the issue was resolved, the studio door lock code provided did not work, requiring further assistance. Additionally, I reported that the shower was not producing hot water, but I never received a response. Most concerning was a security incident that occurred at approximately 9:30 AM on May 3rd. As I was exiting the property, I noticed a teenager had used a water bottle to prop the gate open. When the bottle fell as I opened the gate, I was aggressively confronted by the individual from a car parked in front of the gate. This encounter left me feeling very unsafe. I strongly suggest installing clear signage at the entrance stating, "KEEP THIS GATE CLOSED ALWAYS AND DO NOT BLOCK THE GATE PATH WITH ANY OBJECT," and including this requirement in the rental agreement. I recommend reviewing your security camera footage from today between 9:30 AM and 9:34 AM to see the confrontation. Due to these recurring issues and the lack of safety, my expectations were not met and I do not intend to book this property again.
