Gorgeous property in a great location. The house has everything you need and the hot tub was the icing on the cake 😊 We were provided with a great guide to the house and the area and Tracey was super responsive to any queries. Highly recommended!

Location was perfect, facilities were good. Hot tub was amazing.

Nothing in particular. Maybe an extra bathroom would have been handy as well had 6 adults and if each couple had their own bathroom that would have been nice but not a big deal.

Bellfoot is a fantastic location as only a 5 min walk into Grasmere. Also the current owners have added some lovely touches and it is so homely as a holiday home. Hot tub and fire pit also great to use in the evening after a day out walking.

No issues atall - a simply wonderful place to stay.

"Lovely relaxing time with family."

Property wasn’t to far away from Grasmere and other locations. Pub near by. The property was lovely decorated and very clean.

Could get slightly cold in the evening when the timer went off for heating.
