Responsive host, good location. Nicely decorated, had the foundation to be a really nice place.

Not clean. Patio doors could easily be pushed open after locking. Bath wasn’t usable.

It was aesthetically pleasing for the photos especially the outside area

So many things this place needs to improve on: - better cleaning: when my friend and I checked in, there will still what looked like mud stains on the outdoor couch and the bathtub was filthy so we weren’t even able to use it - bed linen: we were given a duvet cover for a blanket and it was only one. The bed wasn’t comfortable either - mosquito: they provided insect repellent wall plug ins and an almost empty can of insect spray which barely did anything. We had to turn on the fan when we slept just to minimize the risk of getting bitten but of course my friend still woke up with multiple mosquito bites - it was a pain to get to the property because there were no signages at all. The address that was provided on the page only led us to the street but not the actual property. And if we hadn’t messaged the property owner first, we wouldn’t have figured out how to get there -Entrance door is damaged, the sliding door as well, it was a struggle to go in and out of the place. It definitely wasn’t what I was expecting for the price we paid for. My friend and I were expecting a relaxing stay but from the moment prior to check in, it was already a struggle.

Logement agréable et beau. La terrasse avec les canapés est très agréable et le jardin est beau. Location de scooter possible La literie est très confortable. L’hôte est disponible et très gentille. On est resté 5 jours et du personnel de ménage est venu au bout de 2 jours pour tout nettoyer (changer la literie, linge de bain ce qui est très pratique .

Le logement sentait un peu l’humidité au début du séjour mais l’odeur s’est estompée avec le temps donc pas embêtant. La baignoire à l’extérieur n’était pas vraiment utilisable ( le bouchon se ferme sans possibilité de le réouvrir). Le bain est très gros sauf que la pression de l’eau est minime donc très très long à remplir et l’eau est froide. Mais le reste était super.

A great value for money little property tucked away in the quieter part but not so far as to be too far from everything. Plenty of room for a couple to stay a short while and enjoy Siargao. The host is unbelievably helpful and responsive and this really made our stay more comfortable!

The property is great, the crucial elements all work except the outside tub and door didn’t however the owner quickly made up for that and got it sorted rapidly and was very accommodating beyond our expectations so these things being immediately fixed should show that this place is absolutely worth it
