Sunny room in Old Emsworth Village in private house

Excellent location for walking around mill pond and ease of access to all facilities and public transport. Robin, the owner, very kind & helpful.

The owner was friendly, warm and approachable. The room had everything I needed for my stay. With it being Christmas a card and gift were waiting in the room when I arrived, a very thoughtful gesture and a great welcome.

Well situated in the centre of picturesque Emsworth village. Comfortable room with en-suite shower room and WC. Robin is a great host!

The room was warm and comfortable and in an ideal location in Emsworth. Robin was a lovely host and we had a really wonderful stay. I would highly recommend.

Lovely location right in the centre of town fantastic home vibe genuinely felt like we were just at home for the weekend bathroom fantastic lovely bed and the host robin was helpful and polite

Can’t fault it really

Ideal location, with off-street parking to explore locally. Emsworth, Hayling and Thorney Island and Farlington marshes. Large, comfortable room with an en-suite, tea making facilities, fridge and a dining table. Owner Robin was very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

Fantastic location in the village centre, a stone's throw from places to eat and shop. Only a short walk from the picturesque harbour and millpond. Good transport links for days out. Despite the village centre location, the room was nice and quiet. A parking space in the village is a huge bonus!

If I were being picky, I might ask for a better pillow, but honestly hard to find anything to complain about!
