Feather and Twigs Cottage, Croston

The cottage was presented well, everything you would need on hand for a short or long stay. Location just perfect, amenities close by and own parking.

Very well appointed and comfortable. Every amenity thought of and well presented.

The traditional cottage is set in a beautiful village, with lots of places to eat nearby and a very handy little village shop to get all the essentials.

Village setting, close to Southport. Off street parking, small garden with patio set. Shampoo, hand wash, provided, good quality products not cheap . Tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided, most unexpected. Spotlessly clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Another great stay at Feather and Twigs Cottage Croston. The Cottage is well equipped and comfortable, lovely, warm and cosy. The host is attentive and communication is good. Wish we could have stayed longer, but we'll be back again very soon!

A beautiful property lovely quirky interior , clean and comfortable close to the village centre and lots of places to visit around the area . Also there are lovely toiletries in the bathroom they smell gorgeous.

Very lovely house in a small Lancashire village. Everything we wanted was included, and the location was excellent for our needs. There was a lovely backyard, which unfortunately we did not use much because it was too cold. The owner was accommodating and helpful.

We couldn't get the telly to work properly, not that it mattered much because we did not come here to watch the telly. The beds were a trifle soft for our taste, yet they were comfortable. A bit more detailed instructions would have been appreciated. Being unfamiliar with the heating system, it was not obvious how to turn it on--figured it out eventually. (The weather was colder than we expected). There is a wood-burning stove in the dining room, but we were not sure whether it could be used (we didn't). Information about access was provided via the Booking.com app, but I could not find it. The summary just gave a telephone number. (This is a fault of Booking.com, not of the host, who thought I had received the instructions.) It turned out I had a pretend to send a message to the host to discover that the host had sent me a message.
