Location and views. Unfortunately the patio with the views overlooking the med had no chairs or anywhere to sit.

Upon arrival we were met by gentleman who could not open condo door with key provided. He called the office and was told to keep trying. After 10-15 minutes he finally was able to open door. We asked how we were supposed to open door and he said we would have to just work at it. Which we had to every time we left and came back. Only one key provided with a fob to get in and out of building, so your group could not split up, as you’d never get In gate or building. Door to condo only opened and locked with key. Overwhelming smell of incense from store next door pervasive through entire building. Upon check in there were no hand towels, no bath mats, no towels at all in kitchen. Two tiny, flat pillows in main bedroom. No trash can in guest bathroom. The trash can in kitchen was large enough to only hold two takeaway coffee cups. We requested the above items and they were delivered the following evening, more than 24 hours after request. After traveling all day, I went to take shower that first evening and no hot water. We checked every faucet. None. Apparently the staff forgot to flip the breaker for the water heater. We tried until 3am to get hot water. Didn’t happen until next day. The guest bedroom only had a sheet on the bed. I found a terribly stained duvet in one side of closet and a cover that didn’t quite work when I tried to assemble it. The guest bedroom door had no latch, so could not close all the way. The owner responded to our requests, the following evening by saying all items provided and they didn’t even charge us for the pillows! How nice. The last, of our 3 nights, after only one of us took a shower, we found ourselves without hot water again, all evening. We expected a lot more basic comforts out of this “penthouse”. Hopefully all our requests will make it more comfortable in the future for guests. We requested a one night refund of our three, due to all the issues, and the owner called me a blackmailer. Not a very nice response to our concerns.

Great location, lovely views from the balcony’s and terrace. Modern and clean. Loved the terrace.

The only downside was there was no-where to leave bags in the morning so we had to trail cases around Monaco and then decided to leave early as this was so inconvenient which wasn’t the plan. Monaco does not have any bag drop off’s either so even though this property was great, I wouldn’t stay again as it made our break shorter then we’d planned!
