Location, staff and the architecture. We had an amazing three days and the staff were really taking care of us.

Construction sites around the property, during the day it can be a noisy.

The hosts were so thoughtful and amazing. They were really friendly and they made us breakfast every day and cleaned. The property comfortably fit 8 people. The location was slightly out the way but easy to get anywhere via grab bike and supermarkets within walking distance. Would 100% recommend and we hope to return to the villa next time we’re in Bali!

The villa is well designed for a large group & the team were lovely. The brekkies were okay and the pool was nice.

Not quite worth the money we paid, the location was much further out than anticipated & is more in Pecatu than Uluwatu. The road at the entrance to the villa is more of a dirt track & we had some issues organising Grab pickups to the property.

Luxurious, spacious and well furnished self-contained villa oasis a short drive from all the Uluwatu attractions and amenities. The team led by Muli, with Gde and Maria were attentive and responsive. Breakfast was prepared fresh at the villa.

While the staff attention was good, the staff stayed on site after preparing breakfast until we checked out, which we felt a bit odd for privacy to enjoy the villa.

We didn’t like anything about it

There is no safe roadway built yet to lead you to the property it doesn’t even show on Google maps so it’s hard to get deliveries and grabs to get around. There’s super loud construction right on the fence, it was so loud until 11pm constant banging and loud sounds, construction workers cat calling us from the morning as I walked to open the door for the staff? Can you imagine what it would have been like to swim while they stared at us all day? Guys this was a nightmare from hell, we booked in a rush as our flights were cancelled and have a baby with us. When we arrived to the villa it was tidy but not the cleanest. We didn’t feel comfortable showering outdoors, especially knowing there’s construction workers we didn’t feel safe. When it came time to sleep we couldn’t lock the doors to the room one of our group sleeping alone was concerned for their safety as no one is watching the villa and we were in the middle of no where. I also felt unsafe for my baby to sleep knowing bedroom door doesn’t lock and there’s a pool outdoors. Upon wanting to leave as we got in a grab that took forever to arrive as it’s hard to locate we became hostages to the manager, we had agreed to only pay for 1 night out of good will. He kept looping and attempting to charge us for 3 nights, then 7 nights. I would understand if this was a change of mind situation, but we genuinely feared for our lives, and felt so uncomfortable after we were verbally sexually assaulted by the workers next door. They accused us for not wanting to pay, even though i repeatedly asked him to follow us to the local authorities to sort it out there. By this stage my baby and us 3 adults were over heating in the street with this man stressing us, we couldn’t wait to go to our next accommodation to shower and cool down. They even went as far as following us to our new accomodation and tried to intimidate us in the lobby.
