Ai Propilei del Duomo Luxury Suite

The property was very clean & well positioned within the historical centre. The internal photos of the property are accurate. The proprietor communicated promptly prior to arrival.

Unfortunately the external courtyard & property entrance are very unpleasant. The neighboring apartment which has permanent tenants, is in extremely close proximity & they are very noisy which would be much worse in warmer months when everyone has their windows open. The property is not well ventilated. The miniscule courtyard is shared, has poor drainage so is full of mosquitoes even in the cool months & offers no privacy at all when the neighbours open their windows or curtains. Neither the proprietor nor their representative speak English which could be a problem for some. Disappointed the proprietor didn't introduce themselves despite living very close by. Would not choose to stay again.

The room was stunning, everything about it was perfect. The little breakfast goodies that were left for us, the bed was comfy and the channels on the television were great.

The coffee pods left were the wrong ones, so we couldn't make a coffee :(

Original room, beautifully decorated and romantic! Host Mary was exceptionally helpful and informative! Extremely close to Piazza del Duomo and main drag Vittorio Emanuele II.

The upstairs sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, so maybe the apartment is better suited for a couple rather than a group of 4
