May cottage in Stratford Upon Avon

The property was in an excellent location so easy to walk into the centre. The property itself was in very good condition lovely through lounge, kitchen and dining room. Main bedroom was large and had a lovely en-suite.

Nothing to dislike.

It was spacious and clean. Close to all amenities and experiences

The house itself was perfect for the price . It was clean, very modern , warm and cosy . Myself and my friends absolutely enjoyed our stay at the cottage . It was very close to shops and tourist spots . It was a 10-15 minute walk from the train station . Parking was no problem ( we had three cars in total) . The recommendations from the hosts on where to eat were spot on . I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend at May cottage .

There was nothing I didn’t like .

Large clean house near town centre. Was concerned that only on road parking (with supplied permit) but it was no problem.

Twin beds only a foot from floor. Not easy for over 70s. Having to traverse wet floor to get to toilet in main bathroom as it was a wet room with shower between door and toilet. No curtains at windows ( just Venetian blinds) meant we woke as soon as it was light. Not ideal when on holiday.

The house was spotlessly clean and only a 12 minute walk to the center. Also great communication with Kristy :)

Nothing at all. Only negative is that we had 2 cars with us so the other car had trouble parking.

Beautiful accommodation. Very welcoming and comfortable. We would definitely recommend it to family and friends and would also book again if we needed to be in the area. Very modern and in an ideal location for local amenities and attractions. Excellent & speedy response from the owners at all times.

A couple of minor issues to feedback please: The mop in the wet room could do with being in a bucket in order to squeeze out the excess water and avoid a nasty odour. The sink plug had to be lifted by fingers to get rid of washing water. A couple of towels and the pillow slips on a single bed had a stale smoke odour.

Spacious comfortable property. Well equipped. Fairly well positioned to access all amenities in Stratford - 15/20 minute walk to centre of the town. Good communication with owners. Parking outside property.

Nothing much not to like. Properties toilets could have been cleaner - bit of bleach to irradiate discolouring in toilets! Motion sensor lights on landing were a nightmare. As bedrooms flooded with light if someone went to the loo in night. Had to remove all bulbs as they were keeping children awake! Sensors desperately need addressing!
