De locatie, mooie, ruime kamers, goed uitgeruste keuken en 2 ruime badkamers

Iets ruimer terras aan de keuken had fijn geweest om buiten te ontbijten. Er zijn nogal wat honden in de omgeving die in de nacht lawaai maken.

Sehr schönes Interieur. Liebevoll gestaltet. Schöner Blick auf den Atlantik . 2 kleine Balkone Küche sehr gut ausgestattet

Leider keine Schallschutzfenster. In den Schlafzimmern zur Straße war der Lärm durch Mopeds und Autos trotz geschlossener Fenster und Fensterläden störend . Beim Schlafzimmer Richtung Atlantik kläfften bis spät abends und ab sehr früh morgens Hunde in der Nachbarschaft sehr laut.. So konnte man in allen Zimmern nicht ungestört und gut schlafen.

Decent-sized house with room to sleep up to eight, however the eating space will only comfortably seat 5-6. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a good oven, hob, microwave and espresso machine. Two tiled bathrooms with showers. Plenty of seating options inside including desks to work on a workcation. Fastest internet I ever found in a holiday home, about 750mbits/sec! High quality beds. Easy to park on the street close to the house and only five mins walking distance to the beach-front, bars and restaurants.

There is very limited outside space next to the kitchen which is a pitty as the view is great. The terrace is not a marvel to sit on. Also no shade so just too hot to sit outside in the afternoon on a sunny day. But good for breakfast. It would be good if they could do up the lower level to sit outside.

The property afforded a comfortable 5-day stay for our family, including 3 kids. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was, including a 4th bedroom on the ground floor, in addition to the 3 bedrooms upstairs.

Das Haus hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer im EG und im 1.Stock. Es ist geräumig und schön und funktionell eingerichtet. In der Nähe ist alles was man auf die schnelle braucht. In ein paar Minuten ist man an einem der wenigen Sandstrände auf Sao Miguel. Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Danke auch für den Willkommensgruß aus etwas Brot, Käse und Wein.

The rooms were nice, with a great view of the ocean. Tomas was very helpful in correcting an issue at check in.

The property was very well located, large enough for a group of 6 and had everything you need. Plenty of towels, silver wear/kitchen items, and glass ware. The company managing the property was very responsive and extremely helpful. Offering rides to and from the airport and responding to all of our questions very quickly.

The upstairs rooms were very warm and there was no way to cool them down other than opening the windows. The pillows aren’t sooo great. The utensils were a bit tricky for us to find - the top inside drawer of the top kitchen drawer where they are is a bit hidden. But plenty of supplies once we found it!
