Villa Sogno by My Villa Collection

The villa is pleasant enough. The view from the main eating terrace is lovely. Unfortunately the villa is surrounded on three sides by a main road. The kitchen available to guests is very small and ill-equipped.

The people who manage this property made our holiday an anxious affair. I booked late and had to pay in full up front. I was then contacted directly by My Villa Collection - they said the villa had been advertised at the wrong price and asked me to rebook directly with them (obviously to save commission) but wouldn’t return the money I’d already paid through Booking.com until I had signed a contract with them. There followed three days of misery until it was sorted through Booking.com. Similarly, at the end of the holiday, it took me three weeks of badgering to get the security deposit back.
