Great location, super nice and friendly staff.

The blanket and pillow had a slight musty smell.

La ubicación está genial, y el precio prácticamente insuperable en Seúl, al menos en las fechas en las que fui. Las camas son cómodas y no hay nada de ruido para dormir.

La habitación no tenía buenos acabados, por ejemplo la puerta no cerraba del todo, por lo que entraban mosquitos. El baño es muy pequeño y la ducha es conjunta con el lavabo y el inodoro (te duchas en el váter), por lo que todo el baño queda encharcado, así como parte de la habitación. La habitación no tiene ventana y.no hay zonas comunes. Además, las mantas son muy estrechas.

I loved the location and the owner. The property is everything you’re looking for in budget accommodation in Seoul.

La ubicación es súper práctica, en camión o tren llegas en menos de 20 minutos a todos los destinos de Seúl. El anfitrión fue muy atento desde que llegamos, nos explicó el procedimiento y guardo nuestras maletas aunque llegamos mucho más temprano. El espacio es cómodo, tiene aire acondicionado y un frigobar.

The location was perfect and the host was lovely, he solved all problems quickly, we had a nice stay :)

duvet covers were quite loud and a bit uncomfortable to sleep under, but I understand they are there to prevent bed bugs

因是老房子隔音不太好！尤其在有下雨時，晚上睡覺會聽到有雨水打到屋頂上的聲音，有點吵！

駅から近い シャワーでトイレが濡れない 平屋なので階段がない スタッフの人とすぐに連絡が取れて親切 トイレットペーパーを流せる 隣接する部屋がなかったので静か デスクと椅子がある

シャワーを浴びていたら途中からぬるま湯になってしまったので冬は寒そう シャワーをかける所が高すぎて浴びながら頭を洗えない 冷蔵庫が小さいのでお弁当などは入れられない 2段ベットだけれど2人だと狭そう

This was our second time staying at this guesthouse, and it was just as enjoyable as the first! We got to stay in the same room as last year, which has recently been renovated. While the space is slightly smaller due to the updates, it still felt spacious and comfortable for us. The improvements were nicely done, giving the room a fresh and modern feel. The location remains a huge plus — it's close to everything we need, including local restaurants, a convenience store, and easy access to both bus and train stations. Overall, a great stay once again. We’ll definitely be coming back!

One small suggestion would be to add a power outlet near the top bunk, as it can be a bit inconvenient for guests sleeping there to charge their devices. Also, while the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, having a bidet would be a great addition for extra comfort.
