"Spacious villa with big pool"

Location is excellent, and quite surrounding. Good escape for relaxing with spacious villa and pool. It’s my second time here and I love it.

"We enjoyed our time at the villa which was very private and secure. It was a lovely base, close to shops and lots of goo"

The property was very private. In fact we didn’t see anyone else at all.

The beds were a little too hard (not great mattresses) and pillows were lumpy. The pool was also too shallow to swim in. We still enjoyed our time floating around on floats we brought with us. But don’t expect to be able to swim in this pool.

Понравилось расположение комплекса, но к вилле это не имеет никакого отношения!

Ужасная грязь, вилла уставшая. На вилле не было мыла и стаканчиков под щетки, вонючие полотенца, ужасные матрасы и подушки, муравьи прямо в кровати. Стульчаки на унитазах были такие грязные, что договорились о замене! Грязнее чем в общественных туалетах! В предпоследний день засорился унитаз и не смывал, еле решили вопрос, но посоветовали им вообще не пользоваться! В последнюю ночь в одной из спален перестал работать кондиционер! Ни за какие деньги не снимайте эту вилу номер 2/20. Диалог с управляющей вилой был никакой, ничего делать не хотели. Грязные засаленный диван!

The cleanliness was good well maintained property responsive staff.

The villa lacked some basic amenities like they don’t provide with basic toiletries like facial tissues kitchen tissues hand washes they can improve on these aspects.

"Loved it and would love to come back"

The villa was in a quiet and secure neighbourhood so felt very safe. It was a short walk (10-15 minutes away) from a strip of shops and restaurants which was very convenient. There was a free shuttle to Bang Tao beach between 10am and 3pm which was handy. Our villa was cleaned once in our week’s stay snd our water refilled which I wasn’t expecting so a good surprise. Communication with the host was seamless and they allowed us to check-in early when we arrived.

The bathroom was clean but the actual toilet could’ve been cleaner. There were ants which is expected in a tropical country and they did try to spray the room but it didn’t really help. Not a negative but more of a warning. It’s not a big deal though
