Maybe the matress in the smaller room needs to be replaced was a little bit uncomfortable

"Very nice and comfortable."

Grace is an awesome host. She meet us and showed us where to park. Then took us up to the room and explained the way to get to the harbour for a meal. It was a bit compilcated and we were unsure so she went with us to point us in the right direction. The room was very clean and well laid out. The beds nice and comfortable. It's only 10 minutes from the ferry terminal.

"Near the action."

The host, Grace, was excellent. The location could't be better being five minutes walk from Lambton Quay and within walking distance of a lot of Wellington's must sees. The view provided a good glimpse of the harbour. Despite it's faults I do recommend it. Despite being very close to the centre of the city it was reasonably quiet while we were there. Bus stops are just outside the door. The building has a high level of security.

The apartment is fairly small and the two bedrooms are very small. The second bedroom has no windows. All the windows were difficult to open. The water pressure in the shower was low. There was no airconditioning but plenty of heaters and fans. Don't like paying extra for parking.This paints a negative picture of what is really a good apartment for a short stay.

"Top communication from host and great location"

Grace (the host) met us to hand over the keys and explain how everything worked. Apartment was spacious enough and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Easy walk into Wellington centre. Check also very easy to get to the ferry.

We had a strange issue with the WiFi, but this might have been just bad luck. In fairness to the host, they have done everything possible to figure out what the issue was.
