No utilice la estancia. Inmediatamente cuando reserve se me presentó una contingencia y no pude viajar. La App no me permito hacer la cancelación. El sábado en la mañana nuevamente me conecté al chat de hoteles.com y me dieron el código 8556326. Este reporte fue para solicitar el reembolso por no uso de la habitación y no me han resuelto nada. Gracias
