Neo Bintang Bungalow Cafe and Pool

The location was good . Staff bring your breakfast ( bowl noodles ) or ( bowl fried rice ) fruit to your room for breakfast.

Noisy night life , the pool wasn’t working for a few of the days we were there . We were lucky staff let us change from the hut style to a more modern one . There are large gaps in the hut doors and mosquitoes come in .

Pool and outside looked nice, location was close to beach

The room was fairly basic, which I didn’t mind too much at first. However, there were several issues that would have made the stay uncomfortable. There were noticeable gaps around the doors, which would easily let mosquitoes in, also the air-con was poor due to heat coming through the gaps on all doors. The curtains were hanging off, the paintwork was poor, and there was dirt and debris inside the cupboard. The room also lacked basic amenities like a kettle (only a pan and stove were provided), and the kitchen cleaning scrubbers had clearly already been used. The shower showed signs of rust, and the bed linen had stains. I paid £120 for three nights but decided to leave after the first day. While it wasn’t completely unbearable, it was far from satisfactory. I then paid £130 for another hotel nearby, which was a much better experience overall.

Booked for bungalow , however after booking they texted saying they do not have bungalow due to damaged by rain , and offered suite on 1st floor which was one room with attached bathroom .

Personeel was erg vriendelijk willen alles voor je doen

Kamer kon schoner zelf maar schoongemaakt personeel geleerd hoe ze het kondeb doen en ben gewend iedere dag andere handdoeken.hotel was aan renovatie toe en zeker zwembad voet open gehaald aan bodem stukje tegel er in ,wel werdt ik gelijk goed geholpen. Er was vaak geen personeel aanwezig ivm veiligheid vind ik dit slecht want kon zo naar binnen lopen er was namelijk ook geen kluis voor je geld papieren

Location of the property was in a great position with a restaurant and bar across the road

Staff hard to find, pool area needs some repair with broken tiles. no water replaced in the room and the tables seating area often had rubish on the tables

Well situated in the cheaper area of Sanur

The air conditioner was upstairs in the bedroom above the stair well and didn't effectively cool downstairs. Rusted fitting in the bathroom

The staff were excellent, nice room and bathroom, a good size.

It is set off a main road. Could be a bit noisy at night, with music.

Location was great. Easy to get around Sanur from here. Didn't eat there as I liked to walk each morning & ate on the way back.

On arrival I had to request to have my room swept out - from then on it was great. Nothing was too difficult.

It was quaint and small. Loved the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Netflix available. Had a small kitchenette in the room. Pool was small but lovely. I needed to check in early and the staff made sure to clean my room asap to allow me to check in

Steps were a little dangerous and steep to my room. No restaurant or room service option but restaurants close by
