BEWARE! - you have to pay extra for towel and bed sheets! You also have to take it yourself from reception which is far from the actual room. It is absolutely outrageous business practice. Just ask the actuall price you want to charge and dont hide it behing random fees. Don’t recommend this place.

The apartment is close to the beach, there's also a pleasant bistro/shop (Panificio Schiavon Remo on Gmaps) where mainly locals go. It's about 6-7 minutes walk from the apartment and we had great pizza there. The staff at the central reception of Agenzia Cocal was nice and helpful.

The rooms are super tiny, the apartment is basically about cramming as many people as possible into a space as small as possible. The beds in the "kids' room" are short for adults.
